ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Check-in times are 9am ’til 9pm. You may need to go to the hotel reception to check-in.

If you are attending a racing event at the circuit, you are welcome to depart at the end of the last race at no extra cost.

The entrance barrier is locked by magnetic time switch from 11pm to 8am. The exit is always available, but you will not be able to re-enter during these times.  This is in order to prevent disturbance of other guest at night.

SITE RULES

These rules are strictly enforced for the safety and enjoyment of all. Failure to observe them will result in removal from the site without refund. We reserve the right to refuse service or entry, regardless of pre-booking.

Commercial vehicles are not permitted on-site.

This is a family site, and people need to sleep at night.
Please keep noise to a bare minimum between 11pm and 8am.

Strictly no campsfires or BBQs on the grass (please use bricks provided).
Strictly no fireworks and no drones (due to proximity to airport).
Strictly no mini-bikes, quads, motorised scooters, drones.

Unreasonable or noisy behaviour will result in removal from the site without refund.
Abusive or intimidating behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the site without refund.

Children must be supervised by parents at all times and play on the site at their own risk.  The pond is fenced and is out of bounds. Please do not damage the trees in the wooded area.

If the ground is wet then do not drive onto it.  Seek advise from our staff if you are unsure.  If you believe your vehicle or touring unit might become stuck in wet ground, please seek advice before attempting to move it.  Damage caused to the ground or grass through ignoring these instructions will be charged.

We advise that you keep all valuables out of sight and locked in your vehicle because they will be safer than left in a tent or caravan.  We cannot accept any liability for theft from, or damage to tents, caravans or vehicles whilst on our property.

Dogs must always be kept on a lead and not left alone in caravans.  Please pick up after them; bins are provided.

TOILET CHEMICALS

Our reed-bed based water treatment system works through biological action. You may not use caustic chemicals or you will kill the microbes and destroy the system! Please use Aqua Kem Natural, Dometic Clean n Green or Elsan Organic. We can sell you these products from the Hotel reception.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

All reservations must be pre-paid in full. Extra people, tents or units not on the original reservation must be paid for on arrival.

All units allow for an awning to be erected attached to the unit.  Separate tents or gazebos must be paid for.

If space is available, those who have not pre-booked should expect to pay more ‘on the gate’ than the advertised prices, which are for advance bookings only.

All reservations are taken on the express understanding that hard-standing and all other particular areas of the site are available on a ‘first come first served’ basis and cannot be booked or reserved.

Advance reservations are taken on the basis of available space in normal conditions. In the event of severe weather, flooding or other factors out of our control we will attempt to make alternative arrangements, but in the last resort reserve the right to close part or all of the site and to offer a refund to any guests for whom alternative arrangements cannot be made.

You have made a reservation at this site in the knowledge that it is adjacent to both a motor racing circuit and an airport which has flights throughout the night. No refund will be given if on arrival you decide that you would prefer a quieter site elsewhere.

Electric-Hook Up must be pre-purchased on booking.  It is a 10amp supply only and the fuse will trip if overloaded (for example if you use two high wattage appliances at the same time, like an electric heater and kettle).   We are not able to address tripped fuses at night.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made with less than seven days’ notice will result in no refund.

The payment is refundable (less a £10 administration fee) only if we have received confirmation in writing by letter or email by 10:00am seven days before your arrival date.
