Our private event spaces make ideal meeting rooms. Our meeting rooms are self-contained, with their own entrances, nearby loos and access to nearby breakout spaces. All rooms are on the ground floor, making them easily accessible for wheelchair users, and combine modern features with the charm of our converted farm buildings. We also specialise in residential conferences, with 20 comfortable bedrooms and a farmhouse kitchen serving locally sourced meals to set you up for the day. We’re just seven minutes from the M1 (Junction 24) and five minutes from East Midlands Airport, making us easy to reach from across the UK.

Daily Delegate Rate - £36

Our Daily Delegate Rate provides you with:
Your own private space – Choose the room that best fits your group size and layout preferences. All our meeting spaces are private and self-contained, with a dedicated point of contact on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Fast, Reliable Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is included in your package for a smooth connection during your meeting.
Lunch options to suit you: you can choose between a cooked one-course lunch menu or a buffet.
Refreshments on tap: We’ll keep the tea, coffee, biscuits, and iced water readily available throughout the day, ensuring there’s always something to keep everyone going.
Stationery & Setup: Each delegate will have a writing pad and pencil, and you’ll have access to a projection screen and flip chart if needed.
Free parking on site: There’s plenty of free parking, so no need to worry about logistics or permits—just turn up and focus on the day ahead.

If you’re planning a longer stay, our 24-hour delegate rate includes everything listed above, plus a few extras to make your visit even more comfortable. Dinner in the Farmhouse Dining Room – Settle in for a relaxed two-course meal in our cosy Farmhouse Dining Room—perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Stay over – Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay in one of our beautiful 20 ensuite rooms, followed by a Full English Breakfast the next morning.

A walk through history in the Deer Park.
Step out into the grounds for a guided historical walk, covering around 3.5 miles and taking roughly 2 hours at a relaxed pace. The route takes you through our historic deer park, offering insight into the estate’s past as you walk among open fields, ancient oak trees, and (if you’re lucky) sightings of the resident deer herd.This walk is hosted by one of our knowledgeable team members, subject to availability, and is refunded if cancelled due to poor weather conditions. We recommend wearing Wellingtons or sturdy walking boots, as the ground can be uneven and muddy in places. It’s a great way to break up the day and give your team space to reset between sessions – or combine it with a full company away day.
