For over 30 years, we have proudly hosted Off the Tracks Festival, a much-loved, family-friendly festival where guests come to relax, enjoy live music, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere.
A purpose-built real ale bar is stocked with excellent local ales and ciders, on-site catering options, and facilities throughout the site. You’ll have the freedom to use the space in a way that suits your vision – from music stages and street food vans to crafts, workshops, or wellness zones.
Being in the countryside means live music isn’t an issue, and there’s access to a nearby campsite with excellent amenities so guests can stay for the whole experience. Since 2004, we have hosted ‘RIP’; the VIP camping for Download Festival, offering a comfortable base just a short walk from the action.

Purpose-Built Festival Infrastructure
Unlike temporary festival sites, Donington Park Farmhouse offers permanent facilities that significantly reduce your setup costs. Our historic estate includes a permanent shower block, established power points, and indoor venues that eliminate the need for expensive marquee hire and generator rental.
Both Off the Tracks and Download Festival’s RIP camping take over the whole venue, benefiting from infrastructure that’s already in place. For festival organisers, this means lower overheads and more budget for what matters – the experience itself.
We also welcome touring caravans and can accommodate on-site camping for multi-day events. As a climate-positive estate, we’re committed to helping you deliver a more sustainable festival without compromising on quality.
